Elementary and Middle School Awards Day—May 21

Awards Day

Awards Day is Here

Come celebrate your students’ academic achievements for this year! On May 18, 1st-8th Graders will receive their awards during special ceremonies designed to highlight their learning and accomplishments from the past ten months. School is rarely easy, but hard work produces positive results. This is a special time to celebrate your student’s growth.

The Elementary classes present many of the things they memorized. They quote Scriptures and poems. The kids also show off their musical talents with the songs they shared together this year. Then, teachers present slideshows of their students’ fun activities throughout the year.

Middle Schoolers receive their awards in conjunction with Mrs. Johnson’s sweet-tooth joys. Sometimes the candy awards even highlight a fun accomplishment for the student. The teachers enjoy sharing with parents and students the pleasures of teaching each youngster, and they give special awards to each student.

Students should wear nice clothes and be prepared to take pictures after the programs. Parents will want to make memories. Children are only young once, and we want to celebrate yours with you.
