Summer Workouts—Starting June 1
Calling All NBS Athletes
Coach Gill kicks off our summer workouts on June 1 for incoming 6th-12th graders. All NBS students entering these grades in the coming year and planning to participate in any sport are encouraged to join these workouts. Special focus will be given toward building endurance, strengthening your body, and preparing for the coming sports seasons.
When are summer workouts?
Coach Gill has set aside Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays from 6:30-7:45 as at school workout days. Athletes will meet at the NBS gym to receive each day’s training schedule. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, athletes will continue the excercises and stretches at home to ensure that their hardwork grows into a successful next season.
