Social Studies Fair

Social Studies Fair on January 20

The Upper School has been preparing for the Social Studies Fair projects during their classes throughout the first semester, and when we return in the new year, they will have the opportunity to present their speeches and decorated boards on January 20. These presentations are very important for each students’ grades in multiple classes, and there is a great deal of work the students pour into each one. Those who place highly will have the opportunity to progress to the Regional Social Studies Fair held at ULM.

Students will be able to set up their projects when the office opens. They will make their presentations throughout the morning, and awards will be given out in the afternoon.

Rules for the Social Studies Fair

Paperwork was sent home before Thanksgiving for the Social Studies Fair. These rules include details about what the students need to put on their boards, how they should prepare their speeches, and what to expect in the judging. If you have more questions, you can contact Bro. Willoughby.
