Coke Fundraiser—October 15-29
Stock Up on Your Favorite Drinks
Grab your sodas and more during this Coke fundraiser and support NBS while stocking up on the drinks you already enjoy. Proceeds from this fundraiser will be replacing the cookie dough fundraiser that we’ve done in past years.
That’s right. This year, we aren’t selling cookie dough. Instead, we’re doing a school-wide push to sell as many cases of sodas, waters, fruit drinks, and more.
Coke Fundraiser Runs October 15-29
Starting Thursday, October 15, we’re sending home flyers with all the information about the Coke fundraiser. If each family will sell 20 cases, we’ll quickly reach our goal. We’ll spend two weeks promoting this fundraiser since it’s our big one of the fall.
Orders need to be returned by October 29 with all payments. This will let us submit the full order in time for them to ship it in November. Our goal is to have the cases back at NBS before Thanksgiving. This means that families who live out of town can purchase too, and they can pick up their cases from you during the holiday.
What’s In It For You?
Aside from purchasing your favorite drinks? Students and faculty can rack up some non-uniform days from this fundraiser. That’s right! For every 10 cases families sell, they’ll earn a non-uniform day (limit of 5). These will be awarded in November.
Everyone who purchases gets your pick of drinks on top of supporting Christian education. In a society that is making it increasingly hard for families to send their children to Christian schools, every purchase you make during this Coke fundraiser helps keep tuition costs lower.

How to Order
Families will receive the Coke fundraiser flyers today. Each flyer has 11 customer lines, but we have extra flyers in the office. You can also print a copy here. For each person purchasing drinks, write the name and phone number (if there’s room). On the same line as the person’s name, write the number of cases purchased for each drink purchased. (The drinks are written small, so we have a larger image posted here.) Total the number of cases each person orders, and input this at the end of the row. Record how much money you collect for that sale. If the person hasn’t paid yet, wait until you receive the payment before completing this box.
Turn all orders in by October 29. Payments must be included for the order to be purchased.
